No more leaks & airport security grief: Squeeze Pods

A brand new innovation in 2011, this is Squeeze Pod. Born in the USA, the brain child of Kevin S. Garrity who, having spent a successful career in consumer product manufacturing clocking up air miles, was inspired by the massive inconvenience posed by travelling with toiletries.

Squeeze Pod is a unique and patented single dose dispensing system made from recyclable materials, which contains products currently ranging from moisturising hand sanitiser (available now, but already sold out!) to natural insect repellant, SPF 30 moisturiser and shaving gel (available in 2012).

Promising to put to shame traditional sachets and “leaky bottles”, Squeeze Pod has an exciting time ahead of it. Our guess is that 2012 will see an influx of Squeeze Pods finding their way to the Olympic Village in Stratford, London and we hope that in execution they live up to what strikes us here at All about the Idea as, in theory, a big idea.
